Kaylora Bingham is a co-owner and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Elite Care Family Practice Clinic. She is a 2001 graduate of Pearl High School. She completed her Associate of General Studies at Meridian Community College.
Ms. Bingham received her Bachelor of Nursing in 2005 at the University of Southern Mississippi. In 2013, she received her Master of Nursing from the University of South Alabama.
She enjoys shopping, watching sports, & spending time with family & friends.

Pilar Lyas is a co-owner and board-certified Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner at Elite Care Family Practice Clinic. She is a 2008 graduate of Taylorsville High School. She completed her Associate of General Studies at JCJC.
Ms. Lyas received her LPN in 2012 at JCJC, and in 2016 she received her Associate of Nursing from ECCC. In 2019, she received her Bachelor of Nursing from Mississippi University for Women. In 2021, she received her Master of Nursing from Walden University.
She enjoys running behind her two busy boys, watching sports, & spending time with family & friends.
